This blog is for use as a tool in an Interior Design class. Herein I will post significant information about the elements and principles of design, beginning with my own design philosophy. I will use it to illustrate and explain how points and lines are the foundation of architectural language. This is our language. Points and lines are where it begins.

doors
I have a fetish for doors. When I find a door that is particularly interesting I take a photo.
I took this photo in Prague, Czech Republic. It was one of the few countries that wasn't leveled by Hitler in WWII. Hitler was actually hiding there near the end of the war. When he left, he made a feeble attempt to blow up a building or two, but barely made a dent. Prague is one of the oldest cities in Europe.
I love this door! It is unique and has a great pattern. Where is this photograph from?
